Hi everyone,
This is my personal platform to express my steps to being a new person. Its been said that one must get tired of one's condition to find fulfilment and happiness. My journey includes a weight loss, anger management, forgiveness step and hopefully healthier relationships. I hope I can keep up this work as I am frustrated with my current physic and state of mind.
Today marks the first day I started the HASfit 30 days getting in shape program. Tired of using weight loss drugs and drinking useless teas. I have decided to stop being lazy and start exercising and eating right. I am supposed to exercise for 20 mins everyday for 5 days and eat 6 times a day (that is the fun part), although proteins and vegetables are to be the bulk of what I eat.
So today, I did the Day 1 exercise and I am feeling like crap (#haha) and below is my second and last meal of the day. Eating six times a day could be a problem with my budget, so I have to improvise. I am seriously hoping I see obvious changes.
