"Caught between a rock and a hard place"

That is actually how I feel about my relationship right now, Do not know if Love is what I feel anymore and too nice to break up. I know it makes me look like a coward to keep staying in this relationship but am I a bitch if I want to leave????
Is gratitude a reason to stay in a relationship or am I full of SHIT.... I am clueless and need help, Today was spent pondering on this and still no reasonable result. I guess I have to stick it out till I have the balls to move on.....
